3. Enter your business details, choose language and tone.
4. Click Generate — results ready in seconds!

2 Credit System

Credits are the currency for using AI tools. Each generation costs a specific number of credits.

5 Language Selection

Gigs AI Studio can generate content in both Bangla and English.

Each tool has a language selector option.
Bangla posts use Claude Haiku and English posts use DeepSeek.
Use Google Translate in the mainnav to change the interface language.

6 Your Account

The "My Account" page is your command center:

Balance — Your current credit balance and top-up button.
Recent Generations — Last 10 generations with tool name, date, and status.
Wallet — Recent transactions summary.
History — Complete list of all generations and results.

7 Troubleshooting

What happens when a generation fails?

If a generation fails, your credits are automatically refunded. Try again — it usually works the second time.

Credits not added after bKash payment

bKash payments sometimes take a few minutes to process. Refresh the page after 5 minutes. If still missing, contact support.

Generate button is not working

Make sure all required fields are filled and you have enough credits. Your login session may have expired — refresh the page and try again.

Post quality is not good enough

The more detailed your business description, the better the AI output. Instead of "mobile shop" write "Chattogram's largest mobile shop — 10 years experience".

I want to delete my account

Go to your main Khansland profile settings. Deleting your Khansland account removes all Gigs data.

Is Gigs AI Studio free?

Creating an account is free and you get 30 free credits. After that, you can buy more credits via bKash.

What payment methods are supported?

Currently only bKash is supported. Nagad and other methods may be added in the future.

Do credits expire?

No, your credits never expire. Keep them as long as you want and use them whenever you need.

What languages can AI generate content in?

Currently Bangla and English. Bangla posts use the Claude Haiku model and English posts use the DeepSeek model.

Can I use generated content for my business?

Yes, absolutely. All generated content is yours to use — on Facebook, Instagram, or anywhere.

Does AI store my data?

Your business details are used only for generation and stored in your account history. They are not shared with third parties.

What is the refund policy?
